Tiffany Jones is a proud native of Birmingham, Alabama, with deep roots on both the eastern and western sides of the Magic City. A product of the Birmingham City School System, she attended Gibson Elementary School, Putnam Middle School, and graduated from Ramsay High School. Her zeal for helping others shaped her values and commitment to public service.

After high school, Tiffany continued her education at Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina, a historically Black college and university (HBCU). There, she distinguished herself academically as a member of the Honors Capstone Program, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. Driven by a passion for justice and advocacy, Tiffany went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Upon completing law school, she returned home to Alabama with a clear purpose: to use her education, experience, and deep connection to the community to serve the people of Birmingham and help move the state forward.

Tiffany represents hard work, hometown pride, and a commitment to creating opportunities for the next generation and values that reflect the spirit of Birmingham and the people she seeks to serve. Tiffany brings over thirteen (13) years of legal experience to her service and advocacy for the people of Alabama. As a solo practitioner, she has practiced in both civil and criminal courts throughout the state, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the legal system and the real-world impact of the law on individuals and families.

Her experience extends beyond private practice. Tiffany has served Jefferson County as a Special Sitting District and Circuit Court Judge, where she presided over matters with fairness, integrity, and respect for the rule of law. She was also appointed as a Daily Master, a role in which she interpreted and applied the law, evaluated evidence, and issued rulings demonstrating her sound judgment and legal expertise. In addition, Tiffany has appellate experience. She has submitted legal briefs to the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals and successfully secured the reversal of a trial court decision, reflecting her strong legal analysis and advocacy skills.

Tiffany is deeply committed to education and mentorship. She served as an adjunct college professor for more than four (4) years, teaching courses on the criminal justice system and helping students understand the law’s role in society. She has also been a speaker for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs, where she explained and clarified applicable laws for fellow attorneys. Tiffany passion for the law, combined with her extensive courtroom, judicial, appellate, and teaching experience, demonstrates her readiness to serve with knowledge, fairness, and integrity.

Beyond her legal career, Tiffany is a devoted wife and mother. She has been married to her college sweetheart for thirteen (13) years, and together they are raising two beautiful children. Tiffany and her family are active in their church and regularly serve their community, reflecting the values of faith, service, and responsibility that guide her life.

Tiffany is studious and deeply committed to ensuring that every individual is treated with fairness, dignity, and respect while upholding the laws of the State of Alabama. She firmly believes that justice should be for everyone—without favoritism and without exception.
